Can I backorder an item that is out of stock?
At the moment, we do not allow backorders.

Are there any shipping costs?
No! Shipping is free on all Online orders!

When will I receive my order?
A typical order should be delivered within 3 – 6 business days upon payment of the order.

Once you have placed an order, you may receive a series of status messages:
1. Queued -We have received your order details
2. Processed - We have received your payment (usually updated within 24 hours)
3. Complete -Your order has been shipped and will arrive in 2 - 3 days.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship only within the Philippines. In addition, your shipping location must also be covered by local domestic courier services such as LBC and Air 21.

Can I buy online and pick-up my order at one of your authorized retailers?
We currently do not allow in-store pick up of items purchased online. All orders made with the Melissa Philippines Online Store will be shipped to your specified shipping address.

Can I ship outside the Philippines?
Shipping outside the Philippines is currently not available.

Can my shipping address be different from my billing address?
Yes. You may use credit cards that have not been issued from the Philippines to pay for your order. However, the shipping address must always be a Philippine address.

Can I track my order?
At the moment, we cannot offer you order tracking. However, you are free to email us at contact@melissaphilippines.com to follow-up. In addition, we may also send you update e-mails once your order has been shipped.

Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.

We accept deposit payments via BDO Bank Deposit. We also accept all major credit cards via Paypal.
